Article 135

With the effect of this Law, all regulations in the field of patents that have existed on the date of effect of this Law shall continue to be valid, provided that they are not contradictory wit this Law or they have not been replaced with new ones based on this Law.

Article 136

Upon applications that have been filed before the effect of this Law shall apply Law No. 6 of 1989 regarding Patents as amended with Law No.l3 of 1997 regarding the Amendment of Law No. 6 of 1989 regarding Patents
