Fahmi Assegaf. SH. MH., is a partner with Pacific Patent. He has been officially admitted to practice before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of Indonesia since 1991. He is also admitted to practice before the courts.

As a registered patent attorney, Mr. Assegaf has advised clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, industrial designs, trade secrets, and unfair competitions. He also has been representing clients in patent infringement actions before the court. He works directly with engineers to prepare formal opinions on patent validity, enforceability, and infringement.

Mr. Fahmi Assegaf, SH. She has experiences in preparing, filing and prosecuting numerous Indonesia trade/service mark applications and gives recommendations as to the proper use of trade/service marks in accordance with the existing Trademarks Laws.

Laurentius Irawan Wonosaputro, S.H., is officially admitted to practice before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of Indonesia, and the Plant Variety Office. He has extensive experience in many disciplines of Intellectual Property law, with particular emphasis on trademark and patent laws. He has experience in both patent prosecution and litigation, as well as in diverse technologies including pharmaceuticals, polymers and coatings, fiber optics, foamed polymer technology, computer-related inventions, superconductors and medical devices. He also has significant experience with counseling clients regarding trademark and patent issues.

Melinda is officially admitted to practice before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of Indonesia as an Intellectual Property Consultant.

Mrs. Melinda is the member of the Indonesian Association of Intellectual Property Consultant (AKHKI), Indonesian Patent Attorney Association and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA).

Ali Imron admitted practice before the courts. He has advised clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues, including trademark, patents, copyrights, industrial designs, trade secrets, and unfair competitions. He also has been representing clients in patent infringement actions before the court.

Ali Imron is the member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (AAI) and Peradi, Jakarta Lawyers Club (JLC).

Neneng Sri Wiyanti, SE., SH. has been officially admitted to practice before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of Indonesia.

As an Intellectual Property consultant, she advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues. Her more than ten years of experience in intellectual property rights gave her a strong ground and network in this field.

She is registered as a Certified IP Consultant based on Official Decree of Minister of Law & Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number M.166.HT.04.02. She is a member of IPR Consultant Association (AKHKI).
